• Pattern Damascus / Combo Steel Blades

For the ultimate in custom cutlery, you can’t beat pattern “Damascus” steel blades. The steel for these is made through a time consuming process of combining cut sections of 2 different types of steel bars and then stacking them in an alternating order. The steel is then forge welded together, drawn out to length, cut and re-stacked again where the process repeats. this is done as many times as needed to obtain the required number of “layers” for the desired appearance.

There are other combinations of steel that can be done as well. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

  • Mono-Steel Blades

Solid go-to blades constructed from a singular type of steel that simply work. My mono steel blades are usually made with 1095 or 80crv2. Mono steel blades can be colored with bluing solution, etched dark or laser engraved with patterns or images of your choice. I can possibly source other materials but that may add some lead time depending on material availability.

  • Laser Engraving

Nothing says personalization like having your name, patterns or images engraved on your knife. I can engrave your blade and/or handle with any number of non protected / trademarked images or logos (trademark logos are fine if you or your company own the rights of course). I can also look to engrave your existing blade but that would be dependent on size/shape of the blade and handle.

  • Custom Handle Accents

One of the aspects of bladesmithing I’ve come to enjoy is the artistry that goes into handle creation. You can have something as simple as a single natural material like wood or antler, or synthetic materials like micarta. There any number of accent pieces that can be added as well. Things like colored epoxy, colored spacers, or metal (brass, copper, steel) plates can all be added in various combinations. I can print my own spacer material in a number of colors and cast mold my own epoxy colors.
