My name is CJ and I’m a husband with a wonderful, beautiful wife and dad to two great kiddos. I’ve served my country as a Ranger at 3rd Ranger BN in FT. Benning, GA and and my community by serving as patrol / S.W.A.T. sniper LEO while living down in TX. I currently reside in CO and work in IT at a healthcare based tech company.

I got into making knives about 5 years ago like so many others, watching “that” TV show. I was lucky enough to have a friend who is a Blacksmith / Bladesmith and was willing to teach me. I made a couple of knives and was hooked. After years of just doing it as a hobby I decided to dive into the deep end and go semi-pro. I say semi-pro as I’ve not quit my “day” job yet!

As far as what I have to offer, well there are a lot of smiths who make some really quality blades out there, many of them make batches of the same style and that is how they make their living. It’s harder for some of them to take time to make custom or one-off blades and that’s where my services come in. I will sell any on-hand inventory I might have but my personal goal in doing this is to help you make something that may just be a bit out of the ordinary or not quite mainstream enough to where it’s easily found in any store. Maybe you have a picture of something you liked or saw a knife somewhere and thought to yourself “That’s a cool knife, but I would really like it if it had ‘xyz’”. Maybe you have a knife already that needs a new handle and you want something a bit more custom that what it had before. I’m here to work with you to help turn that idea into a viable and quality product.
